HoopOUT was created to share my excitement of discovering Hula Hooping. I am a Developmental Services Worker who supports children and adults with disabilities. I discovered hooping early one morning while my teenagers were still sleeping. Thank heavens, I have a new hobby to keep me busy! I was pleasantly surprised by the challenges, excitement and peacefulness it offered. It didn't take me long to realize I wanted to share the fun. I went on to finish my group fitness instructor certification and hula hoop instructor course, first aid and police check to create HoopOUT. I hope you enjoy hooping as much as I do!
